In my quest to eat healthy, I’ve found a some things I love that I wanted to share.
- Thrive Market– I HATE SHOPPING. In fact, errand running drives me crazy because I’d rather spend my time on more important things. I love this site for purchasing the “weird, specific healthy foods” (my husband’s words) at almost 1/2 the price. Whole Foods is spendy and Thrive also ships for free, so it’s a no brainer. I love Primal Kitchen bars, Paleo crackers, Primal avocado mayo, almond butter, pumpkin seeds, and nuts. So much cheaper and more convenient when bought with this site.
- Food containers– I prep like a mad woman on Sunday nights for the week. I love these containers because they create PORTION CONTROL, something I have a little trouble with Rack ’em up in the fridge and you don’t need to give a second thought to the week lunches. Voila’!
Have a wonderful first few weeks of summer and be kind to your body. This is the time to eat slower meals, take longer to cook healthy stuff, and shop at a slower pace so you can read those labels! And don’t forget, your bladder is now your own again…down that 64 oz of water a day. It makes a huge difference.
