Uh oh, midterms: Your tutoring and mental health resources
With the midterm exams and other exams coming up, students can use all study and mental health resources to help them get through the next 2 weeks.

Students can find help writing essays and solving math and science problems at the Academic Success Center (ASC) located in the Henderson Library on the first floor of campus. ASC also offers student-centered services in tutoring, mentoring, testing, success coaching, consultations, and workshops to help students in any way they might need.
The ASC is open Monday through Thursday from noon to 10 p.m. Students can make an appointment through the MYGS portal, under the Counseling Resources tab, click on “Make an appointment to counsel” and follow their instructions.
Mid-term exams can come with stress, anxiety, and many other lousy feelings. The counseling center offers services such as individual counseling, relationship counseling, group therapy, solution sessions, workshops and open groups, and case management. The counseling center is labeled by full-time psychologists and counselors who provide services at no additional cost to registered full-time students.
The counseling center is open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, located off Forest Drive in Building 435. Students can make an appointment by calling 912-478-5541 as the counseling center is not available. do not make an appointment online or by e-mail, as confidentiality cannot be guaranteed on the Internet.
